Welcome to the Whiskey River Bait Company customer service page.  Whiskey River Bait Company is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible.  Below you will find some frequently asked questions.  Please take a second and read through them.  If you have questions, comments or concerns, you can email us at janine@whiskeyriverbaits.com or give us a call at 701-391-8872.

How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email.  If you would like, you can call us and place your order over the phone 7 days a week.  You may call Monday through Friday between 9am EST and 6pm EST and you may call Saturday and Sunday between 10am EST and 4pm EST. If you would like to place a phone order please call us at 701-391-8872.

How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master card, Visa, or PayPal. Please note that Whiskey River Bait Company may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed and on the way within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.  All orders will ship via Priority Mail.

What are your shipping costs?
Whiskey River Bait Company only charges $5 for shipping on all orders in the lower 48 states.  Canadian, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will have additional shipping.

How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Whiskey River Bait Company. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Whiskey River Bait Company will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, duty, or customs fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.  North Dakota and Pennsylvania residents are subject to the state sales tax.

Defective Products
Whiskey River Bait Company wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select.  All products should be shipped back to Whiskey River Bait Company where our quality control department will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Whiskey River Bait Company standards, contact you, immediately ship your replacement, or refund your money.

Returns and Exchanges
Whiskey River Bait Company always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please call and speak with us and we will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
